Part 1
Suspect COVID-19 Resident Case

A suspect case of COVID-19 where the resident is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.

Part 2
Positive COVID-19 Resident Case

A suspect case of COVID-19 where the resident’s COVID-19 swab returns positive.

Part 3
Palliative COVID-19 Resident Case

A positive COVID-19 resident becomes palliative and passes away.

Communication of a Potential COVID-19 Resident

Inter-Professional Team Huddle

Healthcare Excellence Canada Webinar

With an introduction by Tim Willett (President & CEO at Simulation Canada), this webinar complements the LTC+ Acting on Pandemic Learning Together program. Presented by Darin Abbey (Director, Centre for Interprofessional Clinical Simulation Learning), Jae Yon Jones (Director of Quality, Long-term Care) and Tamara Young (Clinical Nurse Educator) from Island Health, this webinar describes the creation of this program and shares how a novel video simulation grew to a stem to stern simulation program.
