The Regional Clinical Education Simulation Program’s vision is to “Lead learning through the use of simulation-based education, and to partner with stakeholders in order to realize our workforce’s potential.” 
Our multidisciplinary team strives to enable VCH staff to deliver quality patient care and care improvements through:

• Expertise in simulation theory and application
• Access to a wide range of simulation equipment
• Coaching and staffing for optimal simulation execution
• Promotion of interprofessional education

In short, our vision is to achieve and support excellence in healthcare simulation.
