This program is for nurses and allied health professionals who would like to improve their practice in a live environment, using patient actors. The target audience for the Simulation Education for nursing and allied health at PHC, are new Graduate nurses, any nurses interested in continued education and any allied health staff at PHC. The scenarios are created for supporting nurses to improve their nursing practice. Aimed to improve competencies and confidence in scenarios they are likely to experience in clinical practice working at ST Paul’s Hospital, Vancouver.
